Although now a Business coach, Phil was previously an MD of a Kent-based Marketing Agency for 17 years, being responsible for;

✓ Finding and developing staff to fill the sales, marketing, accounts and production positions.
✓ Systemising the business to provide the control he wanted, plus a predictable level of growth.
✓ Taking responsibility for profit and loss.
He now helps other business owners create a business that could work without them, by helping them see what their priorities are. He then helps them in the areas they need to improve at, and he holds them to account to complete the tasks they set themselves during each coaching session.
Phil is also a keen property investor, a devoted Dad, Husband, Tennis Player and Fulham supporter.

Jacqueline is also a Holistic Massage and Reiki Therapist and is able to utilise these skills to help ensure you are being the best version of yourself – both in business and personally.

Marc has been in business for 25 years which gives him the understanding of the needs of business owners and holds them accountable to make the right decision for them and their business. He has been on the ActionCOACH journey himself and his own business now operates very successfully without him.
Marc fully understands the emotions of running a business and has empathy for business owners but will not take any excuses that in turn will hold them back.
Marc is a family man with two daughters and works hard to keep a work life balance. He has always been a team player both in the sport of rugby which he loves and in business.
