Large organisations tend to have regular strategy sessions in place to get the leadership team to discuss business plans. But they’ll often send team members to my workshops as it helps to involve an external facilitator to keep discussions on track. But it’s a bit different for small business owners. You may not have a leadership team to consult, and you may be busy working ‘in’ rather than ‘on’ your business. But it’s super important for small businesses to make time for strategic thinking. It can be the difference between business growth and failure.
