In the initial meeting of this one-on-one business coaching process, I’ll ask about your business’ core values, current position and, importantly, what you want to achieve. I’ll base the coaching programme on those details.

The coaching process starts with a focus on mastering time. This is so that business owners can reclaim time to work on overall business strategy not just day-to-day tasks.

From there, we’ll look at your business plan and set goals. We’ll explore both personal and business goals, finding your motivations. I want to shift your focus from working ‘in’ the business day-to-day, to working ‘on’ the business.
